What does my week of food and exercise look like?

I think it is healthy to be mindful about what we put in our bodies but also not to restrict ourselves to a “diet.” I am posting this so you can see what an average week is like for me, and so you can see I am not on a calorie restrictive diet, just a healthy one. Today is day 1 of a 90 day health commitment and I am feeling scared. One thing I have learned about my feelings is that they aren’t always accurate.
