30 Minute Circuit Training Workout #1

Hello HNS Team! 

We hope you are keeping your spirits up in quarantine and you are staying healthy! We are fortunate enough to have a home gym at this time and decided to do some really great home workouts for you! Together we can move our bodies, laugh, sweat, stay positive, and kick ass together! 

This is a 30 minute full body circuit training workout. We do nine exercises for 45 seconds each, for three rounds. 

You will need:

  • A chair or something you can use as a step.

  • A light pair of dumbbells  

  • A medium weight pair of dumbbells

  • NOTE: You can also use water bottles as weights or no weights at all.

Make sure you tag us in a photo of video of you working out so we can share with our amazing community @healthyisthenewskinny and @katiehwillcox
