#GETINMOTION this February with Katie and Tampax Pearl Active

When I get my period, I usually use that as a reason to skip my workout. Given these stats, if you push through your period and create a consistent fitness routine, you can reach your fitness goals, faster. And you are more likely to form long-term healthy habits. Interesting, huh?
