Workout 1

Get your workout on with me! This is a full body 30-minute circuit training workout that focus on your hamstrings and shoulders with nine different exercises! We do each exercise for 45 seconds and complete three rounds total. During your break time, I chat with you about important mindset shifts we can make as we break a sweat and how we can all spread as much positivity as possible. You go girl!


Workout 2

In this 30-minute full body workout we are focusing on your glutes (booty), quadriceps, biceps, and triceps. We do 9 exercises for 45 seconds each for a total of three rounds. During your breaks we are focusing on training your inner coach to be as positive, motivating, and tough as possible to help you reach your goals and potential. When you show up for this workout, we ask that you leave all the judgments and options of others at the door. This is for you. You are doing great!

In this 30 minute workout we get our heart rates up with more cardio! We focus on triceps and back muscles with some awesome leg burners in the mix! During our breaks we are taking time to assess our concept of productivity during this challenging time and being kind to ourselves as we navigate our day-to-day. We also cover owning our shit when it comes to our food choices! Teamwork makes the dream work and we are so pumped you are apart of our functional fitness family!



WORKOUT #5

This workout got my heart pumping in the best way. We chat about how men burn more and lose more than women doing the same fitness program. It is so annoying!!! But, we also have to remember that our bodies were made to have more body fat than men. It is by design! There is no need to compare because we aren’t working out to manipulate our bodies anymore. We are here to feel good and treat our bodies well. You are doing a great job!
