Meet Chase Tucker, My Goto Instructor on My Favorite Workout App

We are almost finished with week 1 of our #21daychallenge, and I have been getting a lot of questions from you on social media about what workout app I use. I use the @onepeloton app on my phone and it rocks! They do not sponsor me, I genuinely like the workouts. I made a goal of 100 spin classes after True was born and I did it! I set a new goal of 100 boot camp classes on the app, and I am currently on class number 50! After trying a few different trainers on Peloton, I tried one of Chase Tucker’s boot camps and stuck with him ever since.

I have been thinking of ways we can get more information to all of you and help you on your health journey. So, I reached out to Chase to see if he would want to do a zoom call with me! Even though we were only insta friends, today we met via the internet and had a great conversation about the three things you need to be successful in creating a healthy lifestyle!

Mindset: Take a look at our call in the video above and begin to evaluate your current mindset. Is it positive? Is it kind? Are you rooting for yourself? Or, is your mindset holding your back, bullying you, and creating self-doubt? The goal is to practice being positive, and that starts by recognizing when your inner critic kicks in to sabotage your progress!

Strategy: When you know where you would like to end up, which is a healthy happy person, the next step is to create a strategy on how you are going to get there. We call this “plan and prepare.” You have to plan your workouts and prepare your healthy food options so that you are putting yourself in a position to succeed. It isn’t without effort and thought, it is all about your strategy.

Accountability - Community: Doing anything alone is more difficult than when you have a community to help you! Think about that. When it comes to health and wellness, we think we have to do it all on our own, and we don’t. Having people like Chase, your workout buddy, or online friend help you be accountable and supported in your health and wellness is key to creating a healthy lifestyle long term.

As Chase says in this video, you have to have all three of these to reach your goals. When one of them is off or lacking, it affects all the others. Take some time for reflection today. What did you learn about yourself this week? Is there room for improvement in your mindset, strategy, accountability, and community?

You know more about what you need than anyone else and taking time to evaluate your needs is every bit as important as working out and eating well.
